Day to day running of the property and small repairs are the responsibility of the tenants, however, we’re aware there may be times a maintenance professional is required.

Our maintenance department take care of all tenant requests, and we provide an out-of-hours emergency contact number for this issues that need to be tended too immediately. We look to resolve all non-emergency maintenance issues within 10 days.

Once a job is reported, our expert maintenance team will liaise with our contractors and landlord to get the job actioned as quickly as possible, keeping all parties updated throughout the process.
